1. Service provider

Moduvis is provided by [LEGAL NAME OF THE OPERATOR], registered at [OPERATOR REGISTERED ADDRESS], identified by [TAX ID AND TRADE REGISTER NUMBER]. Questions may be sent to alexciprian1501@gmail.com.

2. The Moduvis service

Moduvis is browser-based software for configuring modules, entities, fields, interfaces and automations. Features marked as early access or in development are not part of the active subscription until their availability is expressly confirmed.

3. Account and acceptable use

Customers must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and use the service lawfully. Unauthorised access attempts, interference with availability, illegal content and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

4. Subscription, price and payment

The Base Plan costs EUR 29 per month and includes 5 profiles and 10 GB storage. Additional profiles cost EUR 5/month, reports cost EUR 3/contracted profile/month, calendars cost EUR 2/contracted profile/month and each additional 10 GB costs EUR 1.50/month. Displayed prices are final and include applicable taxes. Payment and renewal are processed by Stripe.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation can be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Partial refunds are not provided for started periods, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

6. Consumer rights

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. If a consumer requests immediate activation during this period and later withdraws, they may owe the amount proportional to the service supplied until withdrawal is communicated. Requests may be sent to the contact address.

7. Customer data

Customers retain rights to the data they enter and are responsible for its lawfulness. After subscription termination, data is retained for up to 30 days for export or reactivation, then deleted or anonymised unless legal retention is required.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, code, Moduvis identity and standard components remain the property of the provider or its licensors. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the contract term.

9. Availability and liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security, but maintenance or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect losses, improper use or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk or material breaches, with notice where reasonably possible. Termination does not remove obligations already due.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers retain mandatory protections from their country of residence. We may update the terms and will communicate material changes before they take effect.
